Camp Facts
Our camp is staffed by some of the greatest former athletes in the World. Each day we feature one former Olympian and or elite coach. Our coaches build character, self-esteem and confidence through perseverance, teamwork and goal setting. Olympic athletes will prepare campers for work-outs, competitions and how to personally plan their track goals.
Youth Camp (ages 6-12 years)
Youth camp will emphasize running technique, basic track and field skills, and learning many events. Each camper will learn how to pole vault, sprint, throw, jump and run. On the last day of camp we will host a track meet and each athlete will receive a Stars & Stripes Certificate of achievement.
Senior Camp (ages 13-18 years)
Senior camp is designed to offer quality-smaller group instruction, in technique, nutrition, and training for individuals specific to their favorite events. Our coaches will instruct campers based on the age and experience of the individual camper and not just the basics and fundamentals.
Our Olympians coaches have spent their lives seeking the best coaching and training methods and are excited to share that knowledge with our campers. Events include pole vault, shot, discus, sprinting, long jump, high jump, javelin and running. Athletes will receive 3 full days of comprehensive training, technique and drills. The fourth day is set for a fantastic track skills competition.
Come hear how to stay healthy, reach your goals and make your next track season a success!
